About the role
Seeking Physical Therapist + Pilates Instructor
Start Date: Early 2027 in Falls Church, VA
Part-time to full-time | Flexible schedule
Join a Practice Built Around Movement, Education, and Empowerment
We are growing our team and looking for an enthusiastic, experienced physical therapist who is also a classically trained Pilates instructor.
Our purpose is rooted in the joy of empowering people to become strong, confident, and pain-free. We serve active clients who value injury prevention, education, longevity, and a thoughtful approach to caring for their bodies.
This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who wants the freedom to practice with a whole-body perspective, build meaningful relationships with clients, and work within an autonomous and flexible environment. You’ll also be joining us at an exciting time as we move into a beautiful new office equipped for Pilates-based care.
Our Approach: The MovePhysioFit Method
Our approach combines physical therapy, Pilates, and education to help clients move well for life. It is centered around:
• Thorough, whole-body assessment and treatment
• Meaningful patient education
• Addressing the full person—not just one painful area
• Building strength, confidence, and physical resilience
• Using Pilates to support long-term health and longevity
• Helping clients understand their bodies and take an active role in their care
Our Core Values
Empathy
We listen deeply, help others feel comfortable, and meet every person without judgment.
Collaboration
We believe the best solutions come from working together and valuing every perspective.
Empowerment
We encourage, motivate, and educate others so they feel confident moving forward.
Growth
We remain curious, open-minded, and eager to continue learning.
Ownership
We take responsibility, follow through, and remain invested in the people we serve.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
You’ll have the opportunity to practice in a way that is thoughtful, educational, and deeply personal. You’ll be trusted to bring your expertise and creativity to your work while being supported by a collaborative, growth-minded team. About the role:
• Flexible and autonomous schedule
• Commission opportunities with the ability to earn more as your caseload grows
• Opportunity to work in a beautiful new office with onsite Pilates equipment within a collaborative collective of wellness providers (Well Body Collective)
If you are passionate about physical therapy, Pilates, and helping people build strong and confident bodies for life, we would love to meet you.
The Ideal Team Member
You may be a wonderful fit if you are:
• A licensed physical therapist
• A classically trained Pilates instructor
• An experienced clinician who is confident practicing independently, but excited to collaborate with like-minded colleagues
• Thorough and attentive in your assessment and treatment approach, addressing the whole body
