About the role
Earn $70–100+/hour – a few families on the side, or a practice of your own.
Origin gives PTs everything they need to see their own private patients – we handle credentialing, billing, marketing, and software, so you can focus on delivering high-quality care. We work with 100+ therapists and are growing quickly.
Two ways in – one is just the beginning of the other:
• Independent Therapist: See 1 to 10 families a week at rates you set. No minimums, no pressure to grow, start within days.
• Private Practice Owner: Build a practice of your own – priority referrals, a written growth plan, and a full caseload worth $100K+ per year. Most of our owners started while still employed.
What we offer:
• Rates: Earn $70–100+/hour across insurance and private pay – you set your own private-pay rates and keep them.

Qualifications:
• Doctorate-level Physical Therapist (DPT)
• Licensed in Virginia, or willing to obtain a license
• Must be able to practice independently without supervision
• Willing to see patients in-person (homes, daycares, and schools)
• 1+ year of pediatric experience
